How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your orderwithin 30 days of the purchchase. Please contact sales@nuoninev.com for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I know you have received my order?

After you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have reviewed the order and checked for stock availability, we will send you a follow-up email confirming your order. Please make sure to check your junk mail.tracking number will send via customer phone number or emails.

Is everything in stock?

Once we have received your order and checked for stock availability, we will email you a confirmation and advise you of any items that might be out of stock, and when they are due back in stock.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we do provide free shipping door to door within brunei using post laju with tracking numbers, however the shipmentmay take 7 working days to arrive at your door step(not include friday and sunday), as for international customer there will be a cost. please contact sales@nuoninev.com for shipment cost.

How can I pay for my order?

After you have completed your order you will receive a bank account information for transfering payment. we will be having merchant suites soon where you can pay via online using credit cards.

Do you accept offline orders and payment?
